Every year, students from the most prestigious institutes all over India apply to Walking Tree to complete their graduation projects. We foster young talent by imparting industry knowledge and guiding students to grow into the roles they love best by giving them an opportunity to kickstart their career at Walking Tree.
The artisans are at the heart of our company and have played a fundamental role since the very beginning. We take great pride in our apprenticeship program that helps young artisans work hands-on with diamonds and jewellery - where they learn from our skilled craftsmen to achieve unrivalled precision in their craft through rigorous on-site training.
I am an Organization Management, International Relations student and started my internship at Walking Tree EU in September 2022. I had the opportunity to work independently and was given many responsibilities for which I am grateful. In addition, the team in Antwerp took good care of me and I was able to make international contacts with the team in Paris and Mumbai. I also gained a better understanding of accounting, administration, structure, and organization in the company. Being an intern at Walking Tree was a great opportunity.
